Success!

For those curious about the outcome with my Better Business Bureau run-in with Kronos Hair Products, Kronos has refunded the full amount.  Yay!

  1. good for you! i had to catch up on what happened but seriously?! i'm glad you didn't just suck it up and take it...those types of things have to be confronted because they're ethically shady at best.
